Our Programs for 2026-2027 Season
Beginners
Our Beginners Program offers a joyful and structured introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for young athletes ages 4–7 (born 2019–2022) taking their first steps in the sport. Gymnasts develop flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and musicality through engaging, age-appropriate training. Classes include basic body elements, safe introductory acrobatics, ballet foundations, and work with rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon. No previous experience is required!
Intermediate
Our Intermediate Program is designed for gymnasts ages 7–11 (2015 - 2020) who are ready to continue developing their rhythmic gymnastics skills. Classes focus on flexibility, coordination, strength, dance expression, and apparatus technique in a positive and structured environment. Gymnasts learn more advanced body and apparatus elements while building confidence, body awareness, musicality, and performance skills. This program is perfect for children who want to progress and enjoy rhythmic gymnastics without a competitive commitment.
Pre - Team
The Pre-Team Program is designed for athletes who demonstrate strong potential and readiness for a more focused training environment. Gymnasts develop proper technique, discipline, flexibility, and strength while learning the expectations of structured athletic training. Classes emphasize ballet preparation, body technique, apparatus fundamentals, and routine work. Athletes also gain their first competition experience. This program serves as an important bridge to the Xcel Program or the USA Gymnastics Levels 3–10 competitive pathway.
