Children develop essential skills that will benefit them for a lifetime:

  • Self-organization
  • Discipline
  • Teamwork
  • Quick decision-making
  • Goal-setting and perseverance
  • Stress resilience
  • Endurance
  • Emotional intelligence

Our Programs
Beginners (Level 1)
A fun and active program for ages 4-6 where girls learn the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics.
Classes include warm-up, flexibility and strength training, basic ballet and dance preparation, and work with apparatuses such as rope, hoop, ball, and ribbon.
Gymnasts also practice basic tumbling and learn their first floor routine.
Girls in this group perform at semi-annual showcases and take part in local invitationals in the Xcel Copper category.

Beginners PRO (Level 1)
This group is for girls ages 7 - 10 with or without previous gymnastics experience.
We start learning more advanced elements, apparatus handling, and routines, while continuing to build strength, flexibility, and artistry.
The class is designed for our more advanced beginners who may not yet be ready to compete but are preparing for our Xcel/Level 2 group.
Girls in this group also perform at semi-annual showcases.
Pre - Team (Level 2)
An engaging and focused program for girls ages 5.5–8 who already have a foundation in rhythmic gymnastics and are ready for more challenge.
Gymnasts in this group participate in 3–5 competitions per year in the Xcel Bronze/Silver category.
Training twice a week helps ensure steady progress, confidence, and readiness for the next level of rhythmic gymnastics. Participation in Pre-Team is by invitation only.
By the end of the season, each gymnast is evaluated to see which next-level program — Xcel or Level 3 (USA Gymn Developmental).
XCEL Program
The Xcel program offers a fun, flexible, competitive experience for gymnasts ages 8–14.
It’s perfect for those who want to grow in rhythmic gymnastics, stay active, and compete without the full-time commitment of a traditional program.
Athletes participate in 3–5 competitions per season (November–May), focusing on personal progress, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport.
All gymnasts are required to register with USA Gymnastics (USAG).
A non-competitive or reduced training option is also available.
Levels 3 - 10 (7 y.o. and up)
This invitation-only program is for gymnasts who show strong dedication, talent, and passion for rhythmic gymnastics.
Training follows the USA Gymnastics Development Program (Levels 3–10) and focuses on developing advanced skills.
Athletes train at a higher intensity and compete at local, regional, and national levels, gaining experience and confidence in a supportive, high-level environment.
